Why This Population
Foster care youth carry compounded trauma — separation, instability, and often abuse. Most arrive at group homes already medicated, already in talk therapy, and still locked in fight-or-flight. Direct neurofeedback gives their nervous system a chance to settle, so the rest of the support they receive can actually take hold.
